Whether you run 50 locations or 500, the repair is the easy part. The work around it is what drains time: chasing vendors, second-guessing quotes, and approving invoices you cannot fully verify.
steps from the first request to a verified invoice.
We work alongside multi-location operators to manage repair and maintenance, with greater control over spend, service and performance.
The fix for a failed HVAC unit is usually obvious. What surrounds it is not: finding a qualified provider who can reach the location, comparing quotes that arrive in different formats, approving work you cannot easily check, and reconciling an invoice afterward.
Multiply that by dozens or hundreds of locations and it becomes a full-time job, one that pulls operations leaders away from running the business.
One centralized intake process.
The right vetted provider, every time.
Agreed labor rates, parts pricing, NTE limits and quote validation.
Track completion, validate invoices and build asset history.
The Control step is where most of the cost outcome is set, before any work begins. Agreed labor rates and parts pricing mean the price is known in advance. Not-to-exceed (NTE) limits cap what can be spent without approval. Quote validation checks a proposal before work starts, instead of after the invoice arrives.
After the work, completion is tracked and the invoice is validated against what was actually done. Each repair is also recorded in the asset's history. Over time, that record is what makes repair-versus-replace decisions possible, because the cost of keeping a unit running is no longer a guess.
One point of contact, better cost control, and smarter portfolio decisions is how we describe the model. If you would like to see how it would work across your locations, let's talk.
Only 54% of scheduled preventive maintenance gets done, and 47% of maintenance leaders report 10+ hours of unplanned downtime every month. Emergencies pull teams away, and planned work slips first.
Read the insight →A maintenance issue can impact far more than the cost of the repair itself. For multi-location operators, the larger costs are downtime, repeat repairs, lost productivity, and customer experience.
Read the insight →72% of facilities management professionals say labor shortages have a moderate to severe impact on their ability to meet operational goals. For multi-location operators, the effects show up in four places.
